Fun with Bananas
After seeing my dear friend Jenny use this "tool" "thingy" "do-ma-bobber" with her daughter Charlie I just knew one day I would use it as well. I LOVE IT and SO DOES ANDERSON. You place solid food in it and baby can suck/eat it through a mesh bag. Bananas are a fav along with watermelon! Here is proof.
Once again, on the floor. I usually tie it to the high chair but on this day I did not, now I know why I usually do.
Got a good hold on it!
chomping down!
One more bite.
It drops, I pick it up, rather HE drops it when he sees Cash, cash sniffs, licks, I wash it, give it back, repeat, repeat, repeat. This is the view from the floor which I see quite often as I pick it up.

And this my friends is fun with Bananas. The clean up is even better ;~(

More Easter Photos...
This Easter was of course A's first but he had no clue. He did however, enjoy all the attention, goodies and holding by several people. All in all he was very good for so much activity in one day.
After the egg hunt in the neighborhood we made our way to Papa's (my fathers house). A got a basket there which included an outfit and a golf cart toy among other things. A book that he loves as well. Next stop was Gran and Pops house (Rusty's moms) and there the Easter Bunny left several goodies and another egg hunt with Aunt Ashley and Michael.
While we were there we had a feast which left me fat and happy. Anderson was a sport about the wardrobe change into a 31 yr old outfit. Rusty wore a green outfit with a bunny on it his first Easter and we put Anderson in it. It fit. So we made a few pics as you will see.
Other than that we had a great Sunday. Most importantly we ALL got to spend the day together. Rusty did not have to go out of town until later Sunday night as he drove to Hilton Head SC. It was nice. Nicer than any egg hunt, pink peeps or peanut butter egg. Here are some of the pics....hope you likey

AWE fix!!!
Again, my lack of posting is not due to lack of activity by Anderson. Here's the latest...

What we have here is bath time.... always fun with Anderson. He loves the water and loves that book "what floats" and thank goodness nothing has ever "floated" in the bath tub thus far. The next set of pictures is from a night after he ate dinner. I gave him some fruit (which he loves) and after running out I found a lemon. For fun on my part and perhaps a "bad mom award" I placed the lemon on his lips and waited for him to lick them. He did just that and these were the faces I captured.

And finally a peaceful father/son nap. How sweet these 2 are...my boys.
Anderson has started "log rolling" as Megan called it and that's exactly what he is doing across the living room floor. Over and over until he runs out of room. He also loves to hear me sing a favorite song called "Barnyard Gate" as i know it. He likes it when I make the animal sounds throughout the song. Granny- I thought you would like this.
